These terms & conditions apply to all Janet Hill Studio, DBA The Mansion Girls products, orders, offers, and deliveries.
Upon ordering an item you agree to these conditions.

Please read through them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this Website and are governed by Canadian law. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

Ordering

Once you have placed your order the sale is binding.

We charge in Canadian dollars.

Please be aware that with currency exchange there may be a slight price variation between 2 and 5% due to fluctuating exchange rates.
Credit card fees are determined by your bank.
We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receiver's end.

Shipping Policy

We ship Canada Post/USPS. Please note that on occasion there may be delays with shipping. The standard delivery time to Canada is between 1-2 weeks. The standard delivery time to the USA is between 1-3 weeks but on occasion there can be delays in customs . Most orders ship with tracking. In the rare event that an order has gone missing, we will send out a replacement or provide a refund after 8 weeks.

International customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees levied by the country of destination.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Orders that are returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.

Return & Refund Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of our paper products. If any items in your order are damaged or missing, please contact us within three days of receiving the damaged item(s) with photos of both the damaged item(s) and the damaged packaging. A replacement order will be sent free of charge.
